But, that's me, for the most part. I'm not overweight. I play roller derby, but on my 'days off' - I tend to just sit in front of the computer catching up on tv shows. I'm not "in shape", essentially. So if a "skinny chick" talking about how she's trying to eat better and get in shape is going to piss you off - this blog isn't for you.
I know what the day star looks like, but we have a hate-hate relationship. I don't get out for a morning run, and I don't hit the gym on my lunch break. I'm awful at exercising. But, after a knee injury, I bought a Bosu ball for rehab purposes, and I'm going to try to focus on doing some off-skate exercising.
Oh, and if the occasional bouts of awful grammar pisses you off, this might not be the best blog for you either. It's gonna be stream of thought. I love hyphens and commas and I over use the hell out of them. I never do manage to get who/whom correct, and in general I hate trying to remember the correct and proper way to say what I'm thinking.
Now that all of that is out of the way! Welcome to my ramblings, I hope you find them useful, or at least vaguely interesting. Honestly, it will probably be a fairly boring account of my frustrations and struggles to break out of my 10+year habit of eating crap and being lazy.
